Ultraseal India is a manufacturer and service provider to the Automotive, Aerospace and foundry industry.

Vacuum Impregnation systems to seal porosity in all metals and other solid materials such as cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, manifolds, crank cases, hydraulic components, aeronautical components, valves, pumps etc. These systems range from manual to fully automated plants, and can be individually designed to suit each customer. Our sealants come in two versions, recycling and non recycling.

Manual as well as fully automatic front load aqueous washing machines for, cleaning machined components, to remove dust particles, oil, grease and loose burrs. Our washing machines perform to the highest cleaning standards, and are used in many applications such as, direct common rails fuel injection systems, cylinder heads and blocks, bearings to name a few.

A full range of die release agents and ladle coatings. Our production team has the ability to tailor make formulations to suit each individual customer requirement, allowing our customers to achieve perfect finishes and die release.

Thermo regulation systems for HPDC dies from Regloplas, Switzerland. Regloplas are industry leaders in heating and cooling technology. With over 500 installations in India to date.

Copromec complete injection systems for HPDC machines. Copromec plungers and shot sleeves replace traditional cast iron plungers, resulting in much longer life cycles, lower maintenance and a better finished product. Copromec are inventors and industry leaders in plunger technology, with over 50 installations in India to date.

Equipped with the finest technology, this electrical immersion heater was made for heating non-ferrous' metals alloy in their very heart. It can be used as a topping on an existing furnace or on a transport ladle. Because foundry is our major activity, we design bale-out or low-pressure furnaces around the immersion heater, as a single heating source.
